- Timelines may be affected by court schedules, third-party delays, or incomplete documentation

11. Termination
Either party may terminate a service engagement by providing reasonable written notice. In such cases:
- You will be invoiced for work completed to the date of termination
- We will provide you with your file and all documents to which you are entitled
- We reserve the right to withdraw from a matter where continued representation would be professionally improper
12. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from your use of this website or our services will first be addressed through good-faith discussion. If no resolution is reached within 30 days, disputes will be submitted to the courts of Phuket Province, Thailand.
13. General Provisions
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with any service engagement letter, constitute the entire agreement between us.
- Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
- Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
- Assignment: You may not assign your rights under any agreement with us without our written consent.
