Services are primarily available to persons with an inheritance-related matter governed by or connected to Thai law. We reserve the right to decline enquiries that fall outside our area of practice.

4. Your Responsibilities

All fees are quoted and payable in Thai Baht (THB). Our listed service prices are a starting point; the final fee for your matter will be agreed and confirmed in writing before work begins. Payment methods and timing are set out in your engagement letter.

If the scope of a matter changes materially, we will inform you and obtain your agreement before incurring any additional fees.

7. Service-Specific Terms

The scope, timeline, and deliverables for each service are detailed in your individual engagement letter. General points include:

• Our work is contingent on receiving accurate and complete information from you
• Timelines may be affected by court schedules, third-party delays, or incomplete documentation
• We will notify you of any material change to expected timelines
• Scope changes require written agreement before they are actioned

8. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by Thai law, Anandaset's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific matter giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.

We are not liable for delays caused by court processes, government authorities, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

10. Confidentiality

We treat all information shared with us in connection with your matter as confidential. We will not disclose your information to any third party without your consent, except as required by law or the legal proceedings necessary to carry out your instructions.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement by providing reasonable written notice. In such cases:

• You will be invoiced for work completed to the date of termination
• We will provide you with your file and all documents to which you are entitled
• We reserve the right to withdraw from a matter where continued representation would be professionally improper

12. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from your use of this website or our services will first be addressed through good-faith discussion. If no resolution is reached within 30 days, disputes will be submitted to the courts of Phuket Province, Thailand.

13. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with any service engagement letter, constitute the entire agreement between us.
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under any agreement with us without our written consent.
